Were looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and exceptional Event Coordinator. To be successful in this role, you will be someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and appreciates the strength in completing events in a successful and collaborative manner.

Essential responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

* Act as coordinator on large internal events

+ Assist with registration including learning registration platform

+ Manage email alias

+ Owning specific event pieces (activities, transportation, etc.)

+ Budget/contract creation and management

* Onsite executive management

+ Act as P.O.C. for our executives and their teams and large tentpole events.

+ Ensure green room/hotel room is set properly

+ Meet and greet executives with all materials needed for the event and escort them throughout the event

+ Must have a strong executive presence and stay calm in front of senior stakeholders

+ Work with the larger events team to ensure they have made executive preparations.

* Onsite event oversite

+ Manage onsite components of executive dinners

* Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* 3 years of corporate event coordination experience including conference and trade shows

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Must be comfortable working with executive team members, both internally and externally

* Enthusiasm for event planning and willingness to jump into anything thats asked

* Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

* High degree of professionalism and integrity

* High energy and results oriented

* Skilled in Google Suite products

* Ability to travel up to 25% of time and work flexible hours
