delivering on prioritised projects and initiatives from design and planning to implementation and tracking, ensuring delivery on schedule with quality and within budgetusing data and insights to solve challenges effectively and helping define and track impact measures to ensure our organisation can understand the impactengaging effectively with multiple stakeholders and ensuring ongoing connection into the business to ensure maximum relevance and impact of the workacting as expert in equity, diversity, and inclusion, driving progress, and contributing to other areas as needed.To succeed in the role, you:
have expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, and wish to develop a broad understanding of the culture and talent agendahave solid data and analytics skills to help us measure and track how we're progressing on our talent and culture agendahave a global mindset and ability to create great relations with a broad range of colleagues across countries and professionshave strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective working relationships and liaise with a broad range of stakeholdersare able to manage projects and initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.Maybe you ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don t quite match all the points.
