Local healthcare growth company looking to add Accounting Manager to the team.

This position will offer unlimited PTO, full benefit package and competitive salary/bonus.

Theaccounting manager oversees monthly accounting and finance activities related to business operations for their division.
The manager will supervise the month-end close process and oversee the preparation of monthly operating reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

Duties include:

Assists in the day-to-day operations of accounting and finance in a fast-paced growing healthcare environment.
Oversees the month-end close process and leads the accounting team to provide accurate and timely data.
Oversees the preparation and review of forecasts, budgets, and financial statements.
Provides support to the operations team so they can make timely, impactful decisions.
Analyzes general ledger variances and suggests corrective action to meet financial objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree (required) with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
5-8 years experience (poblic accounting and healthcare industry combined)
Experience in fast growing private equity backed company preferred
