\t $2008 estimated weekly

\t $56.28 Blended estimated

\t Permanent address must be over 100 miles from facility

Start Date:

Shift:

\t 12 Hour Nights

\t every other weekend

\t 36 hours

Requirements:

\t South Dakota or compact RN license

\t 1.5 years experience

\t previous travel

\t Epic charting

\t BLS

\t ACLS

\t NIHSS

\t This is a mixed acuity unit meaning there will be Intermediate Care acuity as well as Tele and MedSurg

\t Direct admits, ED admits, Post Cath Lab, etc

\t MI, NSTEMI & STEMI (IABP would go to ICU), CHF, Dysrhythmia management, Pacemaker malfunction, Epicardial pacers

\t Backup Stroke unit and Medical Overflow

\t Step down level experience with post cardiac/vascular, post-cardiac cath patients, post open heart surgery, post TAVR, post EP studies, post pacemaker insertion

\t Experience with Cardiac procedural recovery (CABG/TAVR/post cardiac cath), MI pharmacology, titratable Cardiac/vasoactive gtts (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Levo, Dopamine) - please request manager approval if traveler does not have this , Heparin gtts, cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes management, TNK administration (preferred)
