WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
$125,000 - $150,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Responsible for all operations for property management: leasing, maintenance, finances, and customer service.
Oversee a team made up of managers and staff to ensure high performance.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs, make recommendations.
Work with other departments to achieve company goals.
