Role: Camunda Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with extensive experience in Camunda, Camunda BPM, and Rest API to join our team as a Manager - Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex Payments and a proven track record of managing complex projects. With 8 to 12 years of experience, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects and contributing to the company's growth.

This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant's EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with 'best of bread' platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 8 to 12 yrs.

• Technical Skills: Rest API, Camunda BPM

• Certification(s) Required: CERTIFIED CAMUNDA DEVELOPER, CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER (CSM), PMP CERTIFICATION

• Lead the development and implementation of Camunda BPM solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the design and integration of Rest API services to ensure seamless communication between various systems and applications.

• Provide technical expertise in Forex Payments to develop and maintain robust payment processing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion within the defined scope.

• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to support their professional growth and development.

• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Possess a strong understanding of Camunda and Camunda BPM to develop and optimize business processes.

• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing Rest API services for seamless system integration.

• Have in-depth knowledge of Forex Payments to develop secure and efficient payment processing solutions.

• Exhibit excellent project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

• Showcase strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technic.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 to 150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
