We are looking for a Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer to play an integral role in shaping the visual aspects of all marketing materials, ensuring that each piece of content, whether digital or print, aligns with the brands identity and messaging goals.
This position requires a creative mindthat can translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that capture attention, communicate effectively, and drive engagement.
By working closely with the sales leadership team, the Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer helps to maintain a cohesive brand image across various platforms, from social media graphics and website design to brochures and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

Education:
Degree in graphic design and marketing, or related field of study preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional copy writing, social media skills, and media relations.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a creative thinker, self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, positive, team-spirited environment that often involves a heavy workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Assists sales leadership in conducting research, writing strategies for marketing and advertising campaigns, and overseeing execution and ROI of campaigns.
Writes and edits copy for external publications, including press releases, articles, print ads, direct mail and radio, taking a lead role in producing high-quality publications and collateral materials.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products required.
Working knowledge of Adobe suite, video-editing, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years marketing / graphic design experience required.
Healthcare Preferred.
Required:
Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation.
