Overview:
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with history dating back to 1958. Epitomizing the fun Latino Chic lifestyle, offering stylish amenities and a hot nightlife to all guests. We aim to create experiences and inspire journeys not only for our guests, but also our workforce. Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Director in all duties.
Responsible for managing the operations and financial stability of the spa
Responsible for monitoring the spa budget and assuring expenditures are in alignment
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the spas services and programs
To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber
To constantly drive the business of the spa and its experience towards the concept of Nulli Secundus (second to none)
Develop, present, and maintain the spas annual budget, within the guidelines as approved
Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on (projected) Revenue vs. Expenses
Project and maintain acceptable payroll commitments per GM
Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity, and monitoring progress
Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability
Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and increasing the bottom-line profitability
Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics a plus
Two to Five years of previous management experience within the luxury hotel/resort/spa industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
Strong client service and problem-solving abilities
Financially oriented and proactive
Strong computer experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
