Job Summary
Join our esteemed team as a Senior Consultant / Manager specializing in Financial Markets and Private Banking Transformation, where you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize operations and drive innovation within the sector.
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in pricing strategy consulting for private banking clients to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the private bank's existing pricing ecosystem, identifying opportunities for enhancement and customization to align with the bank's objectives.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the private bank's pricing strategies, processes, and methodologies, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior management on pricing strategy development, pricing structure design, and optimization initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches to deliver measurable results.
Lead business development efforts by cultivating relationships with prospective clients in the private banking sector, showcasing expertise in pricing strategy enhancement and optimization.
Drive the development of intellectual property (IP) by leading cross-functional teams in the creation of innovative pricing models, tools, and frameworks tailored to the unique needs of private banking clients.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in pricing strategy consulting or in-house pricing roles.
Thorough understanding of pricing methodologies for various private banking service models (fee-based, commission-based, hybrid).
Experience analyzing and optimizing fee types to maximize revenue and profitability.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, translating complex pricing data into actionable visualizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership capabilities, adept at mentoring team members.
