La posicin de Recepcionista del gimnasio reporta directamente al Gerente de Club. Asistir al mismo para lograr el orden y control establecido para el club. Los Recepcionistas son el primer contacto de los clientes y empleados con la empresa. El recepcionista debe atender de manera oportuna y eficiente al pblico bien sea por llamada telefnica o personalmente manteniendo altos estndares de servicio al cliente.
