• Ensure that all stationswater,refreshments, locker room suppliesare stocked.
• Ensure Guests are outfitted with appropriate robe and slippers.
• Support therapists to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked with appropriate products and supplies.
• Ensure that all areas of the spasuch as reservations, retail, restaurant, spa services, salon, housekeeping and maintenanceconsistently meet Condado Vanderbilt Hotel an Spas standards and mission.
• Ensure that all areas of the spa-indoor and outdoor are kept in order throughout the day.

• Excellent communication, and organization skills.
• Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be Fully Billingual (spanish/english)
