Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and oversee all facets of supply chain operations, including transportation logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control. Strategically optimize logistical processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining high service standards. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among suppliers, carriers, and customers to promptly ensure timely delivery and resolve logistical challenges. Maintain meticulous records and documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and regulatory compliance paperwork. Conduct rigorous evaluation and selection of transportation partners, negotiating contracts and rates to achieve favorable terms. Continuously analyze and enhance logistics workflows to drive operational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Demonstrated proficiency in logistics operations through 2-5 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management roles.

Comprehensive understanding of logistics principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Exceptional organizational acumen and adeptness at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in utilizing logistics software and platforms, including ERP systems, TMS, and WMS, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities to identify and address logistical challenges with precision and efficiency.

Superb written and verbal communication skills and a polished professional demeanor enable effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
