• 2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers across Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands.
3. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.

• Building Relationships:
• 5. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
6. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
7.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• 8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
9. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Collaboration:
• 11. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
12. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide reports on customer needs and interests.

• Continuous Learning:
• 14. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
