Sirve de 'back up' a los Gerentes de Almacén
Recopila, analiza y presenta las métricas o KPI's de Operaciones al Director de Operaciones.
Genera Recomendaciones, Proyectos, Programas o Iniciativas dirigidas al mantenimiento y desarrollo de nuestras métricas o KPI's.
Bajo la supervisión del Director de Operaciones, interactúa con el resto del equipo gerencial de Operaciones buscando mejorías y desarrollos de procesos de trabajo en los sub-procesos que estos manejan.
Revisa, crea o actualiza procesos, procedimientos y prácticas de Operaciones buscando el mejoramiento continuo de estos.
A cargo de todas las facilidades de todo el conglomerado de negocios.
Responsable de realizar todo diseño o plano necesario como parte de las mejoras y desarrollos estructurales o de proceso.
Participa con cierto grado de control en la matriz de aprobaciones de control de gastos.
Prepara un reporte mensual sobre la realización de sus gestiones de trabajo y progreso de asuntos pendientes bajo su responsabilidad.
Se familiariza, da apoyo y asiste en monitorear el manejo del presupuesto del año fiscal para Operaciones.
Supervisa el personal de mantenimiento y todo suplidor relacionado a facilidades.
