HCOA Fitness es el lder en la industria del acondicionamiento fsico en Puerto Rico con 13 gimnasios alrededor de toda la Isla. Nos enfocamos en ofrecer a nuestros miembros las herramientas necesarias para el logro de sus metas y la obtencin de resultados de por vida.

DESCRIPCION

El/la Gerente del gimnasio reporta directamente al Gerente de Distrito y contribuir a la promocin del club y la empresa. Lograr y superar de manera consistente las metas de ventas, promover los objetivos de la empresa en cuanto a retencin de miembros y garantizara una experiencia positiva para los socios y los colaboradores.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADESLiderazgo y Ventas

  • Desarrollar y supervisar un equipo de alto rendimiento integrado por colaboradores de mantenimiento, sala infantil y fitness consultants (ventas) que estn comprometidos a proporcionar un ambiente agradable, limpio y servicial para nuestros miembros.
  • Motivar fitness colsultants para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas por la prospeccin de clientes potenciales a travs de referencias y contacto directo con el pblico, que incluye pero no se limita a las actividades de prospeccin al aire libre y las llamadas fras (cold calls) para aumentar el trfico en el club.
  • Asegurar la implementacin de iniciativas corporativas de mercadeo y proporcionar retroalimentacin (feedback) de significado al Gerente de Distrito para maximizar el retorno de la inversin.
  • Reclutar, entrevista y proveer adiestramiento para todos los colaboradores nuevos, esto incluye pero no se limita a asegurar que todos los colaboradores sepan hacer su trabajo eficientemente; tengan un conocimiento profundo de sus funciones; tengan las habilidades y competencias necesarias para llevar a cabo su role; y entiendan como sern evaluados.
  • Responsable del horario de los colaboradores, la cobertura adecuada del club, y hacer cumplir la normas de asistencia, puntualidad entre otras polticas de la empresa.
  • Manejar directamente el desempeo de los colaboradores de la sala infantil, mantenimiento y fitness consultants proporcionndoles retroalimentacin (feedback) significativa, reconocimiento y recompensa para fomentar el comportamiento deseado, y re-dirigir comportamientos que no cumple con los estndares deseados.
  • Servir como ejemplo de lo que representa la marca de HCOA mediante el uso regular de las facilidades para promover el fitness, y reforzar los estndares profesionales, tales como tener una actitud servicial y amable, vestirse de una manera profesional, llegar a tiempo al trabajo y listo para comenzar, y un alto nivel de respeto hacia los compaeros de equipo.
  • Crear y promover un ambiente de confianza, respeto mutuo y preocupacin genuina por la dinmica del equipo y lo que est sucediendo dentro del club.
Servicio al Cliente / Retencin
  • Dirigir las iniciativas de retencin por involucrndose activamente con los miembros para resolver preguntas o dudas que tengan sobre su membresa o su experiencia del club; utilizando los recursos disponibles para resolver con eficacia los problemas de servicio de alto nivel.
  • Resolver quejas o preocupaciones de los socios de una manera que deja al cliente contento con HCOA Fitness y sintindose bien de continuar su membresa con nosotros.
  • Ser un modelo a seguir y activamente gestionar el desarrollo eficaz de los 10 esencial con especial nfasis en lo siguiente:
    • Cada socio se salud personalmente a su llegada en el club
    • La Limpieza es de suma importancia. TODOS son responsables de mantener el club limpio y ordenado. LIMPIO COMO HOSPITAL
    • Nos esforzamos por resolver dudas de los miembros desde el primer punto de contacto con un miembro.
  • Supervisar y proveer recomendaciones en coordinacin con el Gerente de Distrito en relacin con los esfuerzos de retencin del club - holds, freeze, las polticas y los procedimientos de cancelacin, sistema de check-in / check-out, y sistemas de citas.
  • Mantener y actualizar el registro de retencin para desarrollar metas de retencin diarias, semanales y mensuales.
  • Mantener las operaciones diarias y el calendario de las clases grupales, asegurando que los instructores estn capacitados y certificados, supervisar el seguimiento y el xito de las clases.
Facilidades / Mantenimiento
  • Inspecciones diarias de las instalaciones del club y el equipo para asegurar condiciones inmaculadas, equipo en buenas condiciones de trabajo, y materiales de limpieza y oficina estn surtidas.
  • Mantener y actualizar el registro de mantenimiento con toda la informacin pertinente sobre las reparaciones necesarias, cuando se espera que est terminado y la fecha de finalizacin para asegurar que todo el equipo se encuentra en buen estado de funcionamiento.
  • Demostrar por esfuerzo personal un alto nivel de compromiso con el mantenimiento constante de la instalacin.
  • Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de todos los sistemas internos y externos mecnicos, elctricos, y de plomera, a travs de la coordinacin con el director de operaciones y / o servicio de contratistas externos.
  • Utilizar el "checklist" de limpieza y el mapa de zonas de limpieza proporcionar direccin a los equipos de limpieza sobre las actividades que se deben realizar para llegar al hospital limpio.
  • Identificar, contactar o reparar todo el equipo necesario de forma eficiente y proactiva.
EXPERIENCIA / EDUCACION
  • El candidato debe poseer un diploma de escuela secundaria / GED y 1 ao de experiencia de venta (obligatorio). Asociado o licenciatura en negocios o campo relacionado con 3+ aos de experiencia gerencial (preferido).
  • Debe ser capaz de demostrar de manera adecuada y ejecutar las exigencias fsicas del trabajo incluyendo, pero no limitado a movimientos repetitivos, tales como ordenando las pesas (40 lbs.) para mantener el piso limpio; el uso regular de equipos de limpieza y la actividad fsica relacionada con mantenimiento de la instalacin limpia.
