Job Summary:
The PAS Clinician is responsible for the emergency clinical assessment of patients, conveying clinical findings and initial recommendations to PAS Provider. Works in collaboration with PAS Provider in defining options for appropriate level of care.
Requirements:
Education:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required, LCSW, LICSW or LMHC preferred.Training and Experience:
Knowledge and/or previous experience working within Rhode Island mental health system or substance abuse system.
This per diem position supports both the PAS Dept and Ambulatory Unit Schedule - Per diemCare New England Health System (CNE) and its member institutions, Butler Hospital, Women & Infants Hospital, Kent Hospital, VNA of Care New England, Integra, The Providence Center, and Care New England Medical Group, and our Wellness Center, are trusted organizations fueling the latest advances in medical research, attracting top specialty-trained doctors, and honing renowned services and innovative programs to engage in the important discussions people need to have about their health.
