Viridian Staffing's (***) Client is looking for a temporary Extraction Technician for a fast growing cannabis company in the north Portland, OR, area.
Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.
As the Extraction Technician, you will be focused on working closely with the Lab Director to support our Client's extraction and production operations.
You should be very technically astute in mechanical, electrical, and computer operated systems utilized in production/manufacturing environments.
You need to be proactive, quick thinking and be focused on attention to details.
You should have an Associate's degree or higher, from a recognized college or university, with a major in chemistry, biochemistry or relevant degree program OR 1+ year experience as an extraction technician, preferably using butane.
You are excited about the opportunity to be coached and mentored to further develop your skills in oil extraction.
