Job Profile Title

Technician, Psychology

Summary

Responsible for helping coordinate grant funded projects and day-to-day functioning of the Center. Duties include assisting in data management, talking with and scheduling patients and prospective patients, and project management assistance (e.g. scheduling, tracking progress). Will carry out research tasks including literature reviews for grants and manuscripts preparation, database development and management, and conducting data analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out recruitment of individuals with ASD and their family members into the study

• Administer questionnaires to measure quantitative autism-related traits

• Administer questionnaires to measure quantitative anxiety and executive functioning traits

• Administer assessments of sleep using actimetry, as well as other behavioral phenotyping assessments

• Liaison / communication with the funder (Simons Foundation) and drafting of progress reports

• Submit, revise, and maintain IRB protocols, including amendments

• Enter data and manage RedCap Database

• Participate in graphing and analyzing data

• Attend weekly lab meetings and research team meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
