WTW has ambitious growth plans for our North America P&C propositions, especially Neuron, our digital trading solution, which enables underwriters and brokers to connect digitally to share submissions and transact business.This position can be based in a major U.S.
Market and is open to remote/virtual work.Note that visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.Responsibilities
• Execute as a senior business analyst on discovery, proof of value, and implementation engagements for Neuron liaising between the client and the technology (TC) teams
• Lead current state process discussions with carriers and brokers in conjunction with TC
• Collaborate with the team to develop client implementation roadmaps
• Map carrier underwriting appetites and product offerings for digital trading frameworks
• Leverage underwriting and market knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication
• Discuss and demonstrate applications of WTW's technology products to clients
• Participate fully on the Neuron team to help achieve Neuron sales and deliver goalsRequirements
• Minimum of 8 years industry experience
• Market-facing underwriting and/or broking experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Comprehensive understanding of core P&C commercial lines insurance products
• Knowledge of North American insurance marketplace and distribution strategies
• Capable of leveraging past experience and expertise to adapt to current projects and challenges outside of core skill set
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing innovative solutions
• Committed to training and mentoring junior colleagues
• Practiced in managing complex projects and delegating work to senior and junior colleagues
• Available to travel as neededNice to Haves
• Consulting and transformation experience
• Participation in a rotational underwriting training program or exposure to multiple lines of business
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM or RPLUThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 USD.
