Our client, a leading consulting firm in the employee benefits, risk management, and wealth strategies arenas, has engaged us to help them identify top candidates for a Chief Actuary position. This individual will be a key executive, leading the actuarial team and will be responsible for strategic oversight and business development. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leadership, as well as a strong background in group and term life, annuities, health and welfare, and commercial health.
Experience with pension terminations, captives, and experience studies would also be an asset.
