Job Title: Vice President (VP), Director of Growth

Years of Experience: 13 years

Director Coaching and Support:

As the Vice President (VP), Director of Growth at Digitas Health, you will lead a high-performing team of Directors, providing coaching, support, and strategic guidance. Key responsibilities include:
Team Management: Manage Directors (2) on an ongoing basis, overseeing their performance, development, and onboarding of new Directors.
Establish annual performance goals for Directors, conducting quarterly performance conversations to track progress.
Collect and collate feedback from peers, specific work teams, and agency counterparts to enhance individual and team performance.

Pitch Strategy: Work 1:1 with Directors to review pitches, focusing on strategy, approach, best practices, and partnership opportunities.
Inspire Directors to develop original concepts that transform brands and drive business growth.
Provide guidance and solutions for pitch issues, collaborating with agency leadership as needed.
Fill in for Directors on an as-needed basis.

Growth Department:

In the realm of business development, you will be a key driver of growth, serving as the point of contact for Finance, HR, and Learning & Development for the Business Development team. Your role includes:
Strategic Leadership: Function as an ad-hoc director on critical business development opportunities for Digitas Health, allocating 30% of your time to this role.
Provide consultation on overall approach, story flow, narrative, and strategy for new business pitches.
Introduce imaginative ways to present DH in RFP/RFI responses, new business presentations, and proprietary research.
Lead the development and streamlining of the business development process.

Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate closely with the EVP, Head of Growth to elevate the department, introducing initiatives that encourage creativity and a strong culture.
Support Groupe-level initiatives and drive tier 1 agency prospecting.
Partner across the agency on organic growth planning, ensuring consistency in approach and reporting.

Career Development: Manage the career development of team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering an environment that encourages great ideas.

Publicis Health/Groupe Initiatives:

In addition to your role at Digitas Health, you will serve as a Director on high-profile and multi-agency collaborations within Publicis Health/Groupe. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Oversight: Oversee the development of an annual internal Business Development report, highlighting DH performance and successful pitches.
Serve as a key player in PH/Groupe consolidations and initiatives.
