Behavioral Health Therapist

Seeking a full-time permanent, independently licensed therapist for an outpatient job opportunity within a local Community Health Center!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8A-5P - No Weekends or after-hours responsibility
Behavioral Health Therapist Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to center participants with behavioral health needs
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
Provide crisis intervention and support
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in case conferences and team meetings
Stay current with best practices in behavioral health treatment
Provide education and support to clients and their families
Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice

Behavioral Health Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
Independent Pennsylvania Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.)
Minimum 2 years of working therapist experience
Experience working with underserved populations preferred
