Responsibilities:
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Examines rooms, halls, and lobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
• Attends periodic staff meetings with other Team Member to discuss company policies and Residents complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Maid Service with the Residents (whatever Resident wants done).
• Housecleaning of residents rooms and public areas.
• Clean in all units and the common areas (lights, mirrors, chandeliers, woodwork, dust, vacuum halls, elevators, storage rooms, entrance door windows, laundry rooms, vacuum dining room carpet).
• Clean all rest rooms.
• Empty trash cans from office - dust all furniture.
• Clean stairways and stairway halls.
• Dust ceilings for cobwebs.
• Clean inside windows of halls and stairways as needed.
• Linen exchanges.
• Clean model apartment.
Qualifications:
• Cleaning experience in a business setting and/or private housecleaning (other than your own) a plus
• Willing to train
