We need *Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* on *Day and *Night* Shifts *to join our team at *Heritagespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care* in *West Chester, OH*.
• $26 to $30 Per Hour*You'll Be Responsible For:* Providing direct LPN nursing care
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
• Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
• You'll Need To Have:* Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
