As engineers, architects, construction/program managers, environmental professionals and beyond, we play a significant role in shaping our communities through the services we provide. We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.
Responsibilities:
This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in executing and managing the architectural design of complex projects in the pharmaceutical and laboratory facility design field, with strong clean room design experience.
Experience in the design of Cell & Gene and Biotherapy facilities is a plus.
The ability to balance technical proficiency with project management skills is crucial for success in this role.
Weekly reporting to individual project managers on project status, budget, and schedule
Generate and seal permit packages and construction design packages.
Maintain familiarity with current industry standards, trends, technologies, building codes and cGMP standards.
Develop proposals and client presentations.
Travel to sites approximately 10-15% of the time
Qualifications:
Graduate architect with 10-15 years of experience.
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an NAAB accredited university.
Computer literacy in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and co-workers
