The Retail & Operations Manager will play a vital role in delivering our customer obsessed experience, both front & back of house; from ensuring exceptional service in store, to the seamless operation of our Nordstrom online distribution center .
This indiv idual will be responsible for driving sales, while developing operational functions to maximize efficiencies, drive profitability, & facilitate future growth.
They will be working in a fast-paced, hard working and fun team which strives to put our customer s first, while always considering how we can do better tomorrow.
Supporting both our Flagship Boutique Manager & Operations Manager, this individual will work cross-functionally to develop, coordinate, and execute initiatives and events.
Beyond supporting the Nordstrom Drop Ship team, this role will also have exposure opportunities to the Nordstrom trade account through in-store events, national training programs, market meeting support, & piercing programs, to name a few.
We are looking for someone agile, who is excited by new challenges, and flexible to our ever changing needs as the business continues to outpace growth plans.
This position will work from home to complete office-based work, while spending a larger portion of time in our NYC flagship bouti que supporting our in house teams.
• Oversee piercing program to ensure a seamless customer experience & strong revenue contribution ? Oversee in store training/coaching of our retail team on everything from brand knowledge, to luxury selling process ? Contribute to monthly report with performance metrics & soft side feedback for the Retail & Operations departments ? A strong understanding of retail & operations ? A team player with the ability to motivate individuals ? Analytical with the ability to interpret data and identify appro priate actions ? Experience using Microsoft Suite Travel Requirements :
