• Your New Role
• The Social Programmer I will be responsible for populating B/R Racing's social feeds with the best news and content in sports.
This position will have a particular emphasis on curating, editing and programming video-first platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels , as well as covering the daily motorsports news cycle .
Additionally, this position will manage on-platform user interactions, account handle interactions and ownership.
The Social Programmer I will also work closely with the Production team to execute video -on-demand strategy for racing -centered live productions , as well as the Design team to create programming responsive to daily racing news developments.
• Your Role Accountabilities
• ● Maintain B/R Racing's programming calendar and production orders.
● Monitor motorsport (especially NASCAR) news and entertainment sources to keep a finger on the pulse of what racing fans care about any given day.
● Curate motorsports content for shortform consumption.
● Edit UGC and produced content in brand-authentic voice.
● Interact with B/R Racing audience through handle replies and direct messages.
● Work with Production team to translate live programming moments to video on demand.
● Coordinate with programming and quality control teams on social copy.
● Execute against programming B/R Racing branded and sponsored programming.
● Provide brand-considerate, audience- considerate and platform-logistical feedback on proposed B/R programming.
● This role will be expected to be available to work major NASCAR events .
● This role may require the employee to regularly appear on-camera or have their voice used on video as needed (as mutually agreed upon)
• Qualifications & Experiences
• ● _2+_ _years experience_ _in digital media, social media or content curation preferred._
● _Extensive knowledge of_ _motorsports, with a particular emphasis on NASCAR._
● _Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter,_ _Facebook_ _and YouTube platforms._
● _Demonstrated ability to produce and edit TikTok videos._
● _Passionate_ _racing_ _fan._
● _Understanding of memes, trends, viral content and popular culture._
● _Bonus skills:
Adobe Premiere, Meta Creator Studio, ClipPro._
● _Ability to work nights and weekends as corresponding to N_ _ASCAR_ _schedule._

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance.
Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros.
Discovery's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Range:
$42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
In addition, Warner Bros.
Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
