Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Gift Processing Specialist for our client, a nonprofit doing amazing work in the clinical research space in Manhattan, New York! This is a full-time, onsite, permanent opportunity!

With offices in the Upper East Side, this is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven professional who's excited to support groundbreaking research by internationally renowned scientists!

What you will be doing:

Entering donations and gifts into Salesforce
Monitoring all incoming donations and reconciling them with the finance team
Following up with donors about recurring donations
Ensuring timely and accurate gift processing of securities
Researching and identifying donation details in multiple platforms; reviewing fees associated with checks and records gross amounts and accurately enters data for all platforms
Preparing major, lapsed, and prospective donor profiles for management cultivation strategy

What you will need:

2+ years of experience in fundraising and development
Experience with Salesforce is desired
Ability to work fully onsite in Manhattan NYC
