About the role

Your primary responsibility will be to perform administrative duties for the VP, Global Ad Sales and Partnerships and the VP, Ads Marketing and Measurement.
The ideal candidate will become a valued member of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the group, while supporting two VPs and their team.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make data driven decisions is key, as is collaborating and participating in a wide variety of projects.
You need to be proactive and collaborative with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced media environment.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $101,000 and $152,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you'll be doing
As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing direct support to the VP, Global Ad Sales and Partnerships and the VP, Ads Marketing and Measurement
By acting as a trusted partner, you will help to ensure that company and team goals and objectives are accomplished, and that operations run efficiently
Recognize competing priorities to ensure that the VP's time is optimized with minimal input
You will be responsible for calendar management, meeting logistics and preparation, document preparation, expense reporting, travel accommodations, and miscellaneous administrative functions as needed
Effectively coordinate and prioritize busy schedules, managing calendars and ensuring travel arrangements meet business and personal priorities
Track, monitor, and guide progress of projects and action items to ensure they remain on course
Utilize knowledge of the company's business goals to effectively conduct research as needed for special projects
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
Act as a liaison for VP's direct reports, other company administrative staff, and other company executives as necessary
Coordinate meetings with Roku customers and other outside parties; this may include coordinating travel, greeting guests, managing meeting setup, food & beverage, etc.
Organize business lunches, dinners, and other events as necessary (e.g.
reservations, travel, etc.)
Ensure meetings are effective by managing attendance, setup, minutes, and tracking actions
We're excited if you have
5-10 years of experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant; ideally in media, advertising, or technology-based companies
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, track issues and follow-up independently
Ability to manage meetings and prepare presentations
High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player mentality while being adaptable and enjoying a challenge
Comfortable working at all levels of the company across multiple locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
