To be a leader in this environment will require the ability to quickly connect the dots between all functions and possess a deep understanding of PubMatic's technology, service offerings, and capabilities.Define and execute PubMatic's sales strategy across advertisers and brandsInstill a culture of collaboration and accountabilityRequirements7-10 years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or client success within an advertising technology company; 2-3 years managing a teamProven history of meeting ad exceeding revenue goalsPast experiences guiding deals that involve global collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholdersExperience and contacts with in-house teams at brands is a plusGrowth mindset:
willing to take risks, ask questions, and even appear foolish in order to learn; not focused on status or authoritySolution leadership:
able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with our Product Management and R&D teamUnderstand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply side platforms and ad serving techSuperb communicator and service-oriented leaderAbility to present effectively to C-level executives and confidently navigate challengesUltra-high EQCompensation And BenefitsBase Compensation Range:
$150,000 - $160,000In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role.
The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
