: Senior ServiceNow Developer
The candidate will work in Global IT asaCore ServiceNow developer , supporting the application when required . Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global business users andother IT teams. The candidate is expected to understand key business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide suitable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Thecandidatewill take the lead in technical designs and developing solutions, while working with another IT development in this area.
Skill Set Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA degree with minimum4-5years' experienceinServiceNow.

Ability to work independently with little supervision - based onrequirement

Good communication skills will be necessary to work with Global counterparts

Abilityto learn quickly is important as we useverybroad spectrum oftechnologies

Should have work experience inonsiteoffshoremodel

Should havea strong working knowledge & fundamental understanding of technical and industry best practices in the areas of:

IT Service Management (Incident/Change/Problem/ Catalog Items) .

Instance Upgrade testing and bug fixing .

Data Import & Transform Map s .

Scripting Knowledge -Java, Jelly, Angular JS .

Basic knowledge on Configuration Management (CMDB).

Workflow D evelopment.

Business rules, Client scripts, UI actions and UI Policies, Macros.

Instance Security configuration best practices

Option al
API Calls .

ServiceNow Orchestration with AD, Power shell, SQL.

Inbound / Outbound Notifications .

Reporting , D atabase views and Dashboard.

SCCM, Discovery Jobs , Certification Inventory.

IT Business management. ( IDEA/Demand/Project/Story/SCRUM TASK) .

Custom Ap plication.

Automated Testing Framework (ATF), Test Management.

ServiceNow Integration with T hird party tool s .

Mid Server.

Knowledge Management.

Service Portal Widget.

Virtual Agent/Chat Bot/Machine Learning.
