AR Manager.
This includes managing time reporting, conducting 1:
1 meetings to discuss and resolve problematic accounts, and ensuring work quality and efficiency.
This position will also be responsible for creating reports and implementing/documenting procedures.
Duties and responsibilities Provide guidance to the team of collectors on process, technique, and next steps by conducting regular 1:
1 meetings.Lead, mentor, and supervise the collections team, providing guidance and support.Manage employees' schedules utilizing ADP.Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.De-escalate tenant concerns as neededPrepare and present regular reports relating to Accounts Receivable to senior management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.Review and enhance collection policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with maintaining proper records of accounts sent to outside agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in collections, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of collections processes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.NetSuite experience preferredStrong analytical skills.Detail oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.Team player who strives to achieve department goals.Solid communication skills and positive attitude.Quick learner and consistent in meeting deadlines.Excellent prioritizing skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook office 365.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements Primarily in an office environment, the noise level is low.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed is required.
