Hourly Rate: $20.00

Hours: 2am - 10:30amResponsibilities:

Greet drivers as they return from trips, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review paperwork including trip logs, delivery receipts, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Enter information into company databases accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with drivers to address any discrepancies or issues with documentation and aid as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to drivers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate check-in processes and resolve any operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of driver check-ins, including any incidents or discrepancies.
Identify and resolve any issues related to check-in procedures, documentation, or communication.
Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected during check-in.

Qualification Skills:

Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
Ability to drive CDL trucks preferred.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess good communication skills with co-workers and external customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and procedures preferred

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Must adhere to the attendance and punctuality policy.
Follows all safety requirements and policies.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
