The primary responsibility of the Pharmacist will be:
Ensure accuracy when performing all duties associated with the dispensing of pharmaceuticalsProvide customer service to patients and healthcare professionalsProvide leadership and guidance to supporting staff.We offer a competitive benefit package including vacation, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, employee discounted stock purchase program, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and 20-30% employee discount at all CVS stores.Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of work experience as a pharmacist.Active NJ pharmacist license that is in good standing.Must live a commutable distance to our facility located in Fairfield, NJ.Preferred QualificationsSpecialty experienceAdept at working under pressure in a high volume dispensing environmentFamiliarity with JCAHO and URAC guidelinesMultiple licenses strongly preferredEducationBachelor s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$44.42 - $95.66This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
