Duties/ Responsibilities:
Conducts health assessments focused on wound, ostomy, and continence related care. Performs focused physical assessment, develops plan of care based on the diagnosis.
Assist with the development, revisions, and evaluations of standards of care.
Assess and document patient response to wound care, ostomy, continence, fistula and complex wounds treatment.
Works collaboratively with the health care team and makes referrals to other disciplines as indicated.
Required Certifications:
NY RN license
BLS AHA
CWON, CWS, or WCC
Hired by Matrix Job ID #12111223. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
