As a Guest Service and Sales (GSS) expert, youll welcome our guests into the store with a smile and take care of them as they visit our host stand, retail shop, and cash stand. Youll be the first and last face our guests see, so you must have a Pleasing People attitude. From the host stand to the cash register and everything in between, youll serve up hospitality while caring for our guests who are shopping or waiting for their table.?
Practice Hospitality in Action:?
Be the champion of great restaurant and retail guest experiences.

Be knowledgeable of our regular inventory and seasonal offerings.

Keep the shelves stocked with our fantastic finds.

Exhibit teamwork by helping out as needed.
