Salary Range: $40,150 - $46,750 per year
Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Overview: Are you enthusiastic about helping others and looking to start your career in customer service? As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at Seronda Networks, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an on-site position requiring attendance at our Reno, NV office.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
