This role will initially require substantial travel to a major customer near Edison, NJ. Other than driving travel to the customer site, the remaining time will be considered remote.

Position Overview:
The Cisco Network Manager will serve in the capacity as a Technical Account Delivery Manager (TADM) in support of a major New Jersey client. This individual will work in the most efficient way to utilize Park Place products and services and incorporating them into the client's Data Center. This will include involvement in defining statement of work (SOW) agreements, onboarding oversight, environment optimization, service delivery performance & improvements, operational documentation, and corrective actions. The Technical Account Delivery Manager role will be the primary point of contact between the Customer and Park Place.
