*SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Somerset, NJ*

* Skills and Qualifications:

+ Three (3) years of experience in document processing and phone agents

+ Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required

+ Strong understanding of business processes related to transactions processing daily.

+ Task oriented leader with excellent communication skills.

+ Ability to contribute toward creating a harmonious results-oriented team

+ Experience with MS Office and Salesforce

Job Responsibilities:

+ Lead data entry operations and may help support incoming mail, mailroom operations, and scanning operations within the Document Processing Center

+ Provide immediate supervision to 20 or more staff members on site

+ Oversee transaction operations

+ Analyze workflow and assignments to ensure customer SLAs are achieved with both turnaround time and quality

+ Require full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility supporting transaction services

+ Bachelors degree preferred
