Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

Location: Newark, NJ or Remote with Milestone Travel

Responsibilities:

• Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle Cloud.

• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project).

• Conduct Design Workshops and Perform Gap/Fit Assessment.

• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.

• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.

• Support Design of Data Migration activities and Interfaces to ADP and Banks.

• Be proficient in building and executing Payroll Parallel Testing Strategies.

• Collaborate with Technical Leads and offshore Payroll Generalists in delivering the Project.

• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.

• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.

• Identify strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of current US Oracle Cloud HCM experience in a functional lead role.

• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

• Minimum of 10+ years in the HCM space (Oracle or PeopleSoft).

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Cloud modules.

• Proficiency in: Design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality, test plans, and perform testing.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 08/08/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,250/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
