We are in search of a full time Front Desk Night Auditor , at The Common Man Inn & Spa, Plymouth NH , applicant must be able to work 11pm-7am shift, weekends and holiday availability. Customer service and cash handling experience is required. Applicant must be able to communicate with guests' and other staff members. Maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges. Applicant must be able to work well under pressure. Job Duties include but not limited to: Check in & out patrons, operating a switchboard and answering any questions patrons may have, making reservations, replying to emails, and auditing the previous days work.

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
Previous night audit experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
Complete shift's checklist.
Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
