Program Finance Manager II - R3 & Microelectronics Hybrid

This Project Finance Manager II role is within the FAST Labs Business Area (ES Sector).

As the Finance Manager, you will lead a team of employees and assume financial responsibility for your Product Lines.
This role will be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the individual expected to split their time each work week between our offices in Merrimack, NH, and remotely.Key responsibilities include:
Leading a team of individuals who support programs and proposals within your portfolioProduct Line financial performance, forecasting and reporting Program support and financial executionFull business partner to Product Line leadership teamsNBF and Capital planning, incl.
execution of CHIPs grantProposal leadershipRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Top Secret clearance, able to work onsite in Merrimack, NHPrior program finance experience, ideally with externally reported EVMSProven leadership skills and an ability to train and mentor staff.
Ability to develop solutions to complex problem using ingenuity and innovation.Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams.Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections.Ability to make decisions with sound judgement while complying with policies and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with foundry financials and analysisExperience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer and Cobra.Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policy.Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$124080 - $210980Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
