Desired skills:

Prior insurance or outside sales experience
Experience in sales management, new business development, and risk management
Entrepreneurial, small business, or insurance brokerage experience
Ability to cold call and give sales presentations
Proficiency for sales and marketing
Familiarity with Salesforce and other business management tools

Requirements:

A minimum initial investment of $40,000, with financial assistance available to support a portion of the franchise fee
A strong, proven track record of professional success in outside sales or insurance sales
An entrepreneurial spirit and grit to launch a business; strong business acumen
Plans to invest full-time efforts in your franchise
Good credit history
