Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract LPN/Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team
Assist with the implementation of care plans and rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, treatments, and preventive measures
Qualifications:
Current LPN or RN license in the state of [Nebraska]
Minimum of [1] years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
CPR certification (BLS)
Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed
