Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Selects, positions, and aligns dies in machine ram and bed.
Turns set screws or bolts to fasten clamp bar that holds dies in position or activate hydraulic clamping.
Positions work piece manually or with crane hoists to align parts to the dies and back gauge.
Starts machine to lower ram or depresses pedal to activate.
Verifies dimensions of work piece, using templates or standard measuring equipment.
May grind laps or burs from edges of work piece using portable grinder.
Operate and maintain safety light curtain.
May perform minor preventive maintenance per A.M. and/or P.M. procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

Knowledge of CNC equipment and operation.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Must be knowledgeable in using measuring and inspection tools.
Must understand computer controls and logic to adjust cutting speeds/pressure gauges.
Previous experience on the brake or technical schooling.
Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
Basic Computer skills.

This position pays: $30.08 - $30.30 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

*Sign on bonus up to $4,000

*Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
