DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate various cutting equipment in the plant.
Safely handle power industrial equipment including forklift operation.
Work in a clean and orderly manner
Operate and train on the Hydraulic Laminator.
Operate and train on the Oasys card punch and PMC card cutter equipment.
Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
Accurately and efficiently fill customer orders.
Maintains clean work areas.
Follows company safety policies and procedures.
Informs leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.
Keeps up with required metrics for areas assigned.
Supports other job assignments as needed and directed by leadership team.
Other job duties as assigned.
• QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Mechanically oriented.
Quality-minded.
Ability to drive powered material handling equipment including, Forklift.
Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed.
Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time.
• WORKING CONDITIONS:
Distribution/manufacturing environment that is controlled with heat and air-conditioning.
Pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including other shifts and weekends.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills (windows, medical record software, MS Office, etc.) with proficient data entry skills of 40-50 wpm, in addition to basic knowledge of standard office equipment.
