Job Summary:

Novant Health is seeking a board certified / board eligible Internal Medicine physician to join one of our outpatient primary care clinic teams. Presbyterian Internal Medicine is conveniently located in the heart of Charlotte, NC. Our practice has been a key part of the community for decades and we are eager to welcome another provider to our amazing team! If you are looking for an outpatient only position where you will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call in a highly regarded organization with several types of specialist within our system including several in the same building as our clinic, this could be the perfect position for you.

Presbyterian Internal Medicine is located just outside of downtown with quick access to several highly desirable neighborhoods. No matter what you enjoy doing outside of work, you can find it in Charlotte. Within the city you will find: multiple sports teams, museums and theaters, delicious dining, fantastic shopping, great outdoor space, and so much more.

Access is a key theme - Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us.

All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required

Completion of an accredited residency program required

For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current MD license in appropriate state

Board certification or eligibility

Current DEA license required
