HVAC Installer - Experienced Excellent Pay & Benefits

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer.
You will become a part of an exceptional team of employees who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers.
Position Summary:
The successful HVAC Installer will possess the knowledge, experience and training needed to install HVAC equipment and components, including but not limited to ductless mini split systems, gas piping, ductwork, thermostats and sheet metal in a variety of settings, primarily providing ductless mini split installations and residential / commercial retrofit installations providing an excellent customer experience.
Bill's Superheat is a Mitsubishi Preferred Diamond Dealer and Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer.
The HVAC Installer will provide training to helpers and support the installation team.
Duties for which this position is accountable:
• Install new equipment and duct systems in new construction and / or remodeled rooms or buildings, including residential and commercial customers • Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer's specifications • Install copper refrigerant lines of varying size • Must possess knowledge of brazing and flaring techniques • Pressure testing refrigerant lines for leaks • Troubleshoot low voltage control systems • Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required, on site and in shop • Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats • Install PVC piping for venting and drainage systems • Lay out and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to wiring diagrams • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner • Follows standard procedures and process.
