As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.
You also Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United StatesHave a High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of continuous work experienceHas technical skills associated with Tech School or equivalent, or is trained in industrial manufacturing with levels of knowledge that require a developmental path of months to yearsAbility to interact withing the Reliability arena (Maintenance Planner, Engineers, Vendors, Staff Support, i.e.).Respond to electrical troubleshooting needs prioritized by the business needs.Develop and document electrical reliability activities.Adhere to appropriate reliability standards, the NFPA 70E, HELP and ESWP.Able to perform electrical tasks efficiently.Able to perform minor mechanical tasks.Manage assets to benchmark levels with continuous improvement projectsPerform reliability health checks and maintain supporting documentsProvide reliability training and instruction (Mentoring)Utilize systems to support the role (SAP, PIMS, i.e.)Perform electrical reliability health checks and maintain supporting documents.Is capable of providing work direction, decision making and team leadership elements such as goal setting, or returning to standard Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtimeCan pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screeningCan pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)Total BenefitsOur manufacturing employees are some of our most important workers, our most loyal fans, and our favorite people, so we take care of them really well.
