About Our Client
My client provides construction management, general contracting, and design-build services for a variety of markets, including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and multi-family. They have completed over 1,500 construction projects with a total value exceeding $2.5 billion, receiving numerous awards for their work. The St. Louis team consists of 14 employees, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and support staff. Directs all construction activities from conception through close out.
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
